Carol Mills first approached Travel Counsellors after a successful career in advertising
followed by a family business she was involved in with her husband. After completing
a small business course and doing the books this tenacious and hardworking lady
decided it was time to put her retail experience into good use. Carol swiftly embraced
a new way of working that encouraged the smile you see here. So what has she got
to say today?
In just a short time Carol has now grown her own business. “The set up was easy,”
said Carol. “After three days training at HQ we got our computer, printer, fax and
scanner and then it was plug in and we were ready to rock n roll. I haven’t looked
back.”

“I have Fridays off, I meet my girlfriends again and fit in all those activities
that I never had time for before. I’ve got a real work life balance that fits in
well with my kids,” says Carol
